Design Dipping thub and housing is of steel. The temperature sensor body is of bimetal, while sensor tube of pressure measure is brass. Casing and pointers are made of plastic. Protective coating of dipping thub is of PVC.
Outline measures
Installation The application can only be used according to that temperature range stated in the specifications. Installation can only take place if the sensor tube is in horizontal position.The sensor tube's centerline can differ by only ±5° from the horizontal line. No external heat (i.e. heater) is to effect the sensor! The sensor can be installed into C½" stub. During installation only the octal steel nuts are to be used! If doing so with the plastic coated housing the appliance can be damaged severely.
Operation The brass made Bourdon-tube is responsible for measuring the pressure. When pressure changes the tube also deforms, allowing the pointers to show the extent of the deformity. The temperature measuring is done by a screw-spring made of bimetal to which one end is mounted into the sendor tube and the other which moves the pointers. The sensor sleeve is protected by a plastic cap, which must be removed before installation! Warranty We maintain warranty for our product up to 6 months from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice on condition that it was installed and used as described in here. We do not hold any liablity for product damages which were caused by improper use of the appliance or in case of a loss of warranty sheet. Therefor the device must be used as a regulating device and not as a safety device. |
