Installation
A flare nut connects the temperature sensor to the sensor manifold of the controlled enclosure and the control valve which acts as a regulating unit. Thread sizes of the flare nuts are manufactured as per the order in compliance with any of the sizes included in the table titled "Non-fix sizes", If the connection to the controlled enclosure is different from size C 5/4", then the sensor will be supplied with an appropriate distance screw (for a surcharge). The sensor is delivered with a default setting of 70°. The first step of the installation is to seperate the sensor from the valve. Then mount both to their proper locations. At this point the temperature of the controlled enclosure is not to exceed 50° degrees after container has been filled. Close the heating steam before the regulating valve. Wait till temperature drops to 30°. Turn the adjustment knob 8 (at direction of 20°) until the valve closes. We can sense this by noticing the 10 setting axis is moving outwards. If we can not close the valve, this means that the total pressure of the valve is greater than the pressure which allows it to open at the given valve (diameter of 25%) Then we are to pull back the manual button to 120°C and screw the regulator back with the supplied adjustment spike at the flare nut (1), then try to close the valve again.
Now, connect the sensor to the regulating valve. After this open the pre-closing valve. Open the regulator valve with the adjustment button at 2-3 turnsuntil the the regulator valve starts heating (allowing steam to go through) Wait for half an hour for the standard temperature to maintain.
After this, unscrew clamping bolt 9 and set the adjustment knob to the value that corresponds with the temperature of the controlled enclosure (The edge of adjustment knob 6 facing the spring tube should match the appropriate value of dial 7). As a next step screw clamping bolt 9 completely (it should possibly touch upon surface) you can open the steam valve before the regulating valve and set adjustment knob 8 to the required value. Installation of the controller is now complete. It may occur that the controlled temperature is in excess of the set value. (bypass valve left open or dirt under the plate of the regulating valve). Overheating may excess the set value by 50° degrees without causing any damage to the controller. In this case, the adjustment pin No.10 protrudes from adjustment knob. No.8 and returns to its position after the temperature has decreased. No petroleum may leak from the temperature sensor (if it does, the unit is defective). The temperature sensor can not be disassemembled at the ends of the capillary pipes. Repairing the unit can only be ordered from the manufacturer.

Warranty
Our product is fixed free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase on condition that it was installed and used as described in here. As both the transmitter and the sensor tube can break down, the device must be used as a regulating device and not as a safety device. In case of failure, we are liable for any damage done to our product. Please, submit your guarantee claim by calling our phone number or sending us a fax.
