Application To reduce fire hazard, when flowing hazardous liquids one must install a thermoclosing valve to reduce chance of explosion. The valve must be mounted to a point in the system where it is most prominent in case of fire. The nominal closing temperature of the valve must be at 15 to 40°C degrees above maximum generic temperature of usage. Design The valve casing is made of brass, paddings are made of red copper or aluminum.The melting pad is made of low melting metal according to MSZ 2678 restriction. The rest of the parts - excluding the spring - are made of yellow copper. The design keeps to MSZ 15659/3 standard restrictions.
