The product can be installed in horizontally or vertically according to picture 1. In case of vertical building in, the opening on head must face to the person stansing in front of the boiler! In case of horizontal building in the opening of head must face to the floor!

Operation

Setting the appliance to a certain temperature, it keeps the temperature of the waster in 2°C divergence. No need of maintenance except for the occasional adjusting alignment with external temperature.

Installation

Put washer tow the threaded part of submerger tube (#6) and turn it into the boiler stump taking by the arm (Pic.2). Installation is ready when the product is fixed into the boiler stump and the small screw is in proper position (Pic.1). Fix the arm angle when the hand-knob is in 50°C position and almost horizontal. The position of hand-knob can be established by comparing the scale on the hand-knob and the extension on the head. The final phase of installing should be done at the first time making a fire. The procedure is the following: at the time when the temperature of boiler thermomemter is 30°C, the chain should be hung to the airfeeder's door handle in such a way, that in case of tight chain the door should be closed. At this time the adjusting knob should indicate 30, the minimal position. After fixing the chain turn the adjusting knob a higher level for the fire to get air. Removing the appliance from the boiler can be done by unscrewing the fix-sided nut. The nut bumps at the head and the appliance can be removed. The appliance can not be removed by only gripping it by the head! When the six-sided nut bumps aigainst the boiler manifold, the head can be unscrewed and the cartridge is changeable with tweezers. Cartridge available in shops or at the manufacturer.

Warranty

Our product is fixed free of charge for 24 months on the condition that it was installed and used as described in here. The date of purchasing is certificated by the purchaser's bill. We do not take responsibility for mistakes happened because the airfeeder-door had not been closed in spite of a loose chain. In case of failure under warranty please apply the following procedure: There is no need to remove the product from the boiler and to empty the boiler. It is enough to turn the head and remove the cartridge (Pic.3). After the screw had been loosened (#9) the and and the fork can be removed from the head and can be sent to the address of our cooperative. (Send the cartridge if the cartridge is damaged. Send the head structure without arm and fork if the failure is on the part of the head.) The cartridge is bad when the piston at the end does not rise from its house at 20°C temperature (5). THe head structure is bad whern the hand-knob can be turned around without any stop. In case of claim, please attach this operating manual to the part of product.
